These problems are analyzed with the aspects of Classical and Quantum Mechanics of Monopoles / Dyons and then to the Field theory of these particles. The path integral formulation of the Theory of Dyons is given; And it is shown that ' to construct a quantum field theory of these particles evading the need of Dirac String completely at the level of partition function' is possible. It is also shown that the dynamics in this theory is governed by certain Gauge Symmetry. Hamiltonian formulation of the theory is discussed, and it is found that some of the aspects like the role of Dirac Strings in this formulation, becomes more transparent. Various subtle aspects of the theory are carefully analysed with an added discussion of some problems related to the topic.
