| Summary, etc | This thesis consists of three parts, first deals with the Rearrangement Collisions, the second with the Scattering and Photoproduction of Pions from Nuclei and the third with Some problems in electrodynamics and Deuteron disintegration processes. Collision problems can be categorized into two broader classifications, based on the nature of the complications involved; One belongs to the High Energy Physics domain, deals with the elementary particle interactions, strong interactions involving the production of strange particles; The other deals with comparatively low energy collisions involving complex nuclei. This thesis mainly focuses the later class of problems, and in particular the rearrangement collisions, the scattering and photoproduction of pions from nuclei. |
