This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Wired/Wireless Internet Communications, WWIC 2015, held in Malaga, Spain, in May 2015. The 31 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 43 submissions. They focus on the efficient integration of new network approaches with the traditional wired infrastructure.
